Question: What size batteries does this device take?

Answer: All our heart technology is equipped with batteries. When the battery needs to be replaced, the heart requires small round hearing aid batteries.

Question: How long do the batteries last for?

Answer: The batteries are expected to last for 2000 hours

Question: Can I put the mat in the dryer?

Answer: Heart SOULution products are designed for simplicity and to make your life simple. Yes, you most certainly put your mat in the dryer, but please ensure you remove your heart technology.

Question: Can my dog get the heart out of its pouch?

Answer: Heart SOULution has designed our products with taking into consideration that dogs may be curious of the heart technology. We do NOT guarantee your dog will not be able to take the device out but we have most certainly done our best to ensure it would be difficult 

Question: Do your products come with a heat source?

Answer: NO, however, if your dog loves the heat you can add an after-market rice bag.

Question: Does the heartbeat continue until you turn it off?

Answer: Our technology does not have an on-off switch. Once the heart is activated (gentle touch)

It will beat for 20 consecutive minutes, and will automatically switch off

Question: My dog is not smart? How will he turn on the heart?

Answer: All dogs are actually smarter than you think! It does not take long before your dog realized he can activate the heart with a simple and gentle touch

Question: How is your heart technology different that all the others?

Answer: Our heart technology is specifically designed to for dogs, and cats. We have strategically calculated and formulated to mimic a heartbeat though sounds as well as vibration.
